What does the founding membership cost?
The first 20 businesses join at $150/month, locked in for as long as their membership stays active. Setup is included. Membership is month to month; cancel anytime. Once the founding cohort fills, new members join at the standard $250/month rate. Optional add-ons and larger projects are priced separately before you commit.
Do I have to learn to manage my website?
No. Send us routine changes to your hours, services, photos, or business details and we’ll take care of them. If you prefer making your own edits, we’ll show you how to use the content editor. It’s your choice.
What does ongoing support include?
Hosting, security, maintenance, routine website content updates, and direct support. We also include a 30-minute quarterly check-in and practical guidance on software decisions. We agree on support response expectations during onboarding. Custom development, hands-on integrations, office IT, and advertising management are outside the membership and are quoted separately.
Why offer a founding membership?
SiteForge is a new offer, built on our web design, hosting, and maintenance experience. We want our first 20 businesses to help shape it with honest feedback. You get the founding rate and a direct voice in what we improve. If you’re happy with the results, we may invite you to share an optional testimonial or case study.
Do I need Workbase or have to switch my existing tools?
No. Start with your website and the tools you already use. Workbase is an optional add-on for customers, jobs, and scheduling. It does not handle invoicing or payments. We’ll help you decide whether any change is worthwhile, and explain add-on costs first.

We’ll review your request and follow up personally. We’ll learn about your business, answer questions, and show you the relevant parts of SiteForge if helpful. A free review request starts with your website and Google presence. There’s no obligation, and submitting the form doesn’t reserve a founding spot.
